Our Client is seeking a Senior trilingual Executive Assistant/Office Manager to serve as first point of contact for the CEO's office. This fantastic opportunity requires a driven, pro-active professional who wishes to be a part of a big emirate holding branded organisation.
- To provide administrative and one to one support to the CEO, allowing for the most effective management of the CEO's time and resources.
- The Office Manager will also act as the first point of contact within the CEO's Office to people from within and outside the organization.
- Must have Tri-Lingual Skill set; High level of English, French and Arabic communication both written and oral
- MNC/ Blue Chip Experience Required
- Strong/Loyal employment History
- 10 years' experience of working in a senior administration C-level role
- Understanding of UAE Labor and Immigration Rules
- Degree Educated.
Salary & Benefits
