The Company

Our Client is an international consultancy company that is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee their Middle East operations.

The Role

Report to top management the financial figures and advice the business with recommendation to enhance profitability
Work closely on projects with clients ensuring the correct budget has been allocated and following up closely and maintaining strong client relationships
Be responsible for the annual budgeting and forecasting and recommending any variance analysis
Train, motivate and recruit a small finance team
Be a strategic partner working closely with non finance people

The Candidate

You will have a minimum of six years experience in a multi national environment managing a team previously
Will be an excellent communicator, at ease dealing with people at all levels within the organisation.
Be proactive and have strong influencing skills and be able to challenge people at a senior level
Have an accounting degree and/or relevant business degree

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be approximately 120,000 – 130,000 USD per annum depending on experience
