HR Director/ Head of HR

Head of Human Resources is the most senior position within HR. He/she provides the full strategic directions for all Human Resources policies and procedures within an organisation. This role typically sits within the senior management team.

HR Manager/ Regional

HR Manager is normally responsible for day-to-day implementation of HR policies and procedures within an organisation and will interact on a day-to-day basis with the front-line management.

HR Officer/ Generalist

HR Officer would typically support the HR manager in the day-to-day implementation of the HR Policies and procedures, reporting into the HR manager.

Compensation & Benefits Manager (C&B) / Head of C&B

The Compensation & Benefits Manager has the responsibility for developing, implementing and administering the Compensation & Benefits policies. Great analytical skills are required.

Regional/ Head of Recruitment

A head of recruitment is a professional who oversees and directs the recruiting functions for an organisation. These professionals are responsible for hiring a large number of employees on a yearly basis, as well as filling job vacancies in a timely and efficient manner.

Recruitment Manager

Recruitment Managers work with line managers within their own organisation but also with external organisations, like recruitment agencies, in the acquisition of new talent into the business.

Learning & Development Manager (L&D) Head of L&D

Training & Development Managers conduct and supervise training & development programmes for employees within an organisation.
