Senior Consolidation Analyst

The Company

Our client is a leading business in their field and are looking for a Senior Consolidation Analyst to work at corporate Head Office

The Role

Key responsibilities will be

• To update the consolidation reporting template in accordance with the business requirements
• Coordinate with other office locations and ensure that all information requirements for the purpose of consolidation are properly communicated
• Review the consolidation policies and procedures within the group regularly and ensure that it is in line with the applicable financial reporting and other regulatory requirements
• Review inter-company balances and transactions and endure that all balances and transactions are properly off setted in consolidation
• Coordinate with the group external auditors, external auditors of the subsidiaries and subsidiary locations to ensure timely completion of the consolidated financial statements of the Group
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems, processes, and practices while taking into account international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement

Profile

The ideal candidate will have the following experience/qualifications

• Have a minimum five years experience in consolidation in a project environment
• Have a background working for the Big 4
• Have a Professional Accounting Qualification is essential as it is a highly technical role
• Have strong accounting system experience and excellent excel skills
• Be a super user in IFRS and up to date in accounting standards

Pay and Benefits

A salary of approximately per annum is on offer 90,000 - 100,000 USD depending on experience
