Finance Manager

The Company

Our Client is an international consultancy company that is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee their Middle East operations

The Role

Key responsibilities will be

• Report to top management the financial figures and advice the business with recommendation to enhance profitability
• Work closely on projects with clients ensuring the correct budget has been allocated and following up closely and maintaining strong client relationships
• Be responsible for the annual budgeting and forecasting and recommending any variance analysis
• Train, motivate and recruit a small finance team
• Be a strategic partner working closely with non finance people

Profile

The ideal candidate will have the following experience/qualifications

• You will have a minimum of six years experience in a multi national environment managing a team previously
• Will be an excellent communicator, at ease dealing with people at all levels within the organisation
• Be proactive and have strong influencing skills and be able to challenge people at a senior level
• Have an accounting degree and/or relevant business degree

Pay and Benefits

Salary will be approximately 120,000 - 130,000 USD per annum depending on experience
