The Company

Our client is a leader in their field and are looking for a Seasoned Chief Financial Officer to sit on the board working closely with the COO and CEO. This executive will be instrumental in key decisions with strategic initiatives, operations and funding and will oversee Finance, HR, IT and Legal

The Role

Key responsibilities will be

  • To oversee long term budgeting and planning whilst looking at potential acquisitions and joint venture formations
  • Arranges project financing and forming and maintaining strong banking relationships
  • Oversees the accounting department ensuring compliance, accuracy of data and best practices
  • Train, interview and motivate staff and review organization plan highlighting areas for improvement andrecommending succession planning
  • Drive the business forward looking at new investments and alternative growth strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banks and external auditors
  • Leads the development of IT Accounting systems and ensuring proper resources and training is in place

Profile

The ideal candidate will have the following experience/qualifications

  • A professional accounting qualification ideally ACA, CPA or equivalent
  • Minimum of twenty years of financial experience in a large international service based organization
  • Have proper experience working at group level overseeing Finance, IT, HR and Legal
  • A track record in mergers and acquisitions and ensuring strong corporate governance

Pay and Benefits

Approximately 160,000 USD per annum plus accommodation, transportation, schooling, bonus and family benefits
